Buy-and-hold heatmap
Every day you could have bought against every day you could have sold: green where holding bitcoin paid, red where it lost, and the stronger the colour, the bigger the move.
A cell is a buy at the close of its row's day and a sale at the close of its column's day; the last column is a sale today. Below the diagonal the sale would come before the purchase, so it is empty. The dashed lines are the halvings.
