The formula is B = N × 1000 / (P + 1000): N counts the quarter in three-second blocks and P is BNB's price, so a cheap quarter burns more BNB and a dear one less. Since BEP-95 a tenth of every block's gas fees is burned as the block is made, too. The hollow bars are the formula at today's price; the real burns will not wait for it.
